Onion Creek Luxury Apartments

Management Support is the worst management company of any apartments I’ve ever experienced. They will enter without notice, refuse to prove copies of paperwork I signed (my move out notice for one and move in inspection). Vital to fight their bogus charges at move out. I was gouged in price because I’m trying to do the right thing and not break my lease when I accepted a job in Austin while living in San Antonio - I transferred to this ‘sister property’ and they are like twin evils. The entire staff at Onion Creek Luxury Apartments is professional. The culture is that similar to that of a family. The culture is one that is unmatched by other complexes in the city. The management team is very attentive to its residents and the office staff listen to the needs of its residents. Additionally, the maintenance is very prompt in responding to the needs of the residents by attending to issues in a timely manner. Moreover, the grounds are kept in tip-notch shape. My experience living here has been good living. The property is well maintained, despite the ants and wasp nest every now and again. A short call for the maintenance crew and problem solved. Quite neighborhood, close to great areas of shops and nightlife spots.

Love my apartment, clean and well maintain. Gym is magnificent. Too many amenities to mention. Close to shopping with great staff!!
