Awful do not live here. 4.7 rating is fabricated. Several year resident

Been at palo for a while now. Don’t live here unless you look at many other places. Most people don’t talk to each other, pool during the summer is packed with people who don’t live there, parking is horrible and cost over $50 for an unassigned spot. Grills are constantly broken, bugs, bugs bugs ( even on the 3rd floor). Have talked to a few 1st floor people over the last 2 years and they have told me it’s horrible (bug wise). Major highway construction ( noise ) constant breaking of everyday... appliances. There are some positives. Nice trails behind to walk, and staff is nice.

I would not... (Verified Renter)

I would not recommend this apartment due to the dip in quality of the maintenance team. We had an issue with our AC before our lease was over and were given the runaround for multiple days in the middle of summer by the team. The communication was terrible.
