clean and attentive landlords

moved here for work and was very impressed with how clean it was and easy it was to move it. miss colleen the landlord was very helpful on getting me moved in quick and easy!

Quiet, peaceful and good property management team.

I've been a long term Tenant at "Shady Oaks" here in South Austin. Wanted to point out a few things I've enjoyed by living here. It's a smaller Complex, no drama, quiet and peaceful. The Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Close to everything you can imagine. Dining, shopping and cute coffee shops. Also, there are more than a few of us that have lived here for Years. They always answer their phone But, honestly there's never a reason to call. I would recommend this place if you're… looking for quiet and peaceful and great service.

Unfortunately, this is a lie. You are upset because you were evicted because you hadn't paid rent and you were pack rat. We have such lovely neighbors there ...some have been there for years. We have great Management and want everyone to live in… peace and harmony. Good Luck to you ... hope you find happiness.

Affordable hidden gem in a great location

I’ve lived here almost 3 years—the space has a wonderfully efficient layout for the price and square footage. A full kitchen and plenty of storage. The best part has been getting to know my neighbors here—many have been here long-term, and to be able to say hello to someone who knows your name is more than I could say for any other apartment complex I know of.

Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, groceries, bookstores, etc, and good access to main freeways. Not far from downtown.
