For the rent I am paying, I am not getting the experience living here at South Lamar Village. The homes are outdated and appliances are old. I have been use my dishwasher since moving into the community in June.

South Lamar Apartments has been wonderful! I've never lived alone off-campus before and this transition has been a lot easier than I would have expected. From touring to leasing to moving to actually living here, the staff has been extremely welcoming and helpful. I'm the kind of person who asks a lot of questions and they haven't made me feel uneasy about doing so in the slightest. Any accommodations I've needed or requested have been an easy fix as well.

Love it!

Moved in May of 2023.

My wife and I love it here. Management is constantly making improvements to the property. They keep it clean & nice.

Maintenance is on point. When we first moved in our AC was acting up and it was fixed the same day. We have had no other issues after that.

The location is superb. Right in the heart of South Lamar. We feel very safe here. We will live here until we have a mortgage.

I love living here! I have been here for 3 years now and seeing how they have been making upgrades to the property and taking care of the residents has been great. It's a little older property so it comes with the need for extra care, but maintenance is great about taking care of things and making sure you have what you need.
