Great Central Austin location. New owners and management. They are making changes and getting upgrades. New gates and lots of works ahead. Even though they are upgrading the apartments, they kept the rents low. Definitely worth checking them out.

Very low quality building, very old, and horrible horrible management. I cannot emphasize this enough—the management is terrible and couldn’t care less about the tenants. Avoid this place at all costs

This complex is the epitome of trash. They never get back to tenants when they put in maintenance requests so expect to go 2+ weeks without hearing anything back. They have terrible communication and will never communicate with you on any matters unless you pressure them. The units all have terrible mold problems that are poorly fixed and can result in health issues. Also, if you plan on living here, expect to not hear from them after you move out and forget about your $800 security deposit... because they fall off of the face of the earth and ignore your attempts at communication.
