New Management is Outstanding
New management and they are very responsive. Maintenance is scheduled and fixed everything within a day. Even answer calls on the weekend. I love the location and the rent is so affordable. It is walking distance to UT, near Hyde Park and 10 minute drive to downtown. The building is older but they gave painted it and did a lot of renovation. My apartment has been updated and the floorplan is great with large bedroom. I would highly recommend checking it out now that management is in place.
