MANAGEMENT IS Great they always get to any problem they may be having within 30 minutes and it is a great place to stay I definitely recommend!!

I travel for a living so I constantly rent apartments. In the last 11 years that I have been renting, I have never had such a poor experience.
Our move in date was pushed several days because our apartment needed to be cleaned, yet the day we moved in, I spent 4 hours cleaning the apartment myself before we could move anything in. The apartment was FILTHY! The floors were so dirty that I ruined my mop and the cabinets were sticky from the previous tenants grease that had just been painted over.… When I informed the staff they gave a half hearted apology and said they would be more careful with their cleaning staff.
The second surprise were the roaches... I had to buy my own stuff since I have kids and refuse to have them live in a roach infested place.
I took plenty of photos because the office staff didn’t give me a move in inventory sheet where I could outline the damages. I refuse to be scammed out of my deposit so I have evidence. The linoleum floor is torn, the cabinet doors and cabinets need to be fixed, the sliding glass doors don’t slide (office refuses to fix) and the “upgrades” consist of painted Formica that is sticky and impossible to clean and the same goes for the poorly painted tubs and shower walls.
There are two pools on the property which my kids have been unable to enjoy because they are always closed due to the fact that they are so dirty that there is mold.
But by far the worst part is the staff. I have had several problems with the assistant manager who seems to think that because she had that position she can be rude. I waited almost a week to have the light in the kitchen replaced which meant that I could not cook since the lighting is so poor. I waited 4 days for the dryer to be serviced (I am renting from office). And now I am currently on day 5 of waiting for my shower to be fixed.
Honestly we just can’t wait to move out of this place. I hope my review keeps people from moving here and overpaying for such a bad experience. Read More

Office staff was very helpful! I love that the gym is free and i do not have to pay an extra fee to use it. Highly Recommend.

The staff here is so helpful. They do everything they can to keep residents happy. The updated apartments especially look great and there is dog park, fitness center, and great pool!
