As one of Raintree’s oldest residents (18 years), I find it to be perfect for my minimal needs. With easy access to major thoroughfares and situated near to a network of medical facilities, it is an ideal location for both singles and families.

Raintree has been an excellent place to live and a great experience. The staff, including office staff and maintenance staff, responds to needs and requests right away. I have never had to wait for maintenance requests to be fulfilled; they are repaired the very same day I put in the request. The apartment is comfortable and the grounds are so well-kept, including the pool. It's a quiet place to live, and all staff and residents are kind and friendly. If you are thinking of moving into an... apartment community, put this one on the top of your list!
