So far I’m enjoying the property, everyone on the staff seems really sweet and helpful although a bit overwhelmed at times. And the response time for repair request was quick which is very important for me.

As I come to the end of my first lease, I have grown comfortable with our little community and decided to stay another year or two. It is very clean and quiet. I haven't had any issues or heard any drama. The grounds are always kept, the dumpsters are always nice and empty, and I think it's a really decent place to hide. The fitness center is great! Both pools are nice, and the dog parks are maintained rather well. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and are always smiling. The office... staff is great at keeping guests informed of issues as they arise and they plan little holiday get-togethers for the residents and their families. My favorite part is the screened in patios with storage space.
