Too expensive for bad products and bad service. Too long response times for service requests, inconsistent answers from members of the front office, zero pest control efforts done, and products that came with the apartment constantly having problems with breaking down. Overall pretty bad experience living here.

Our normal response is time is normally within 48 hrs., but can be delayed if we have to wait on additional parts. As... far as pest control, if you would like to have service to your unit, make sure to contact the office, as we need verbal or written confirmation in order to send them out to your home.
