Beaumont Trace

I moved here after Hurricane Harvey it was the only place that had openings. Management at the time was awesome. The new management has allowed the facilities to go down hill. We have abandoned cars in our parking lot, loud cars with loud exhaust and no parking spaces. Management before would drive around and care and you knew who ran the place. I have never seen the current manager on this site.

Totally rude and uncaring front office personnel. Lived there for 9 months and whenever you went to the front office to discuss process to renew or give notice that we would be moving out, depending on who you talked to there was a different answer. Plus, the emergency weekend number in the lease is wrong. Lots of apartments in Beaumont. Avoid this one

The apartment is great spacious enough for a young couple starting out. The location is great close to everything from dining to shopping. The neighborhood is outstanding its quiet and I feel very safe.

Beaumont Trace is a great place to live. The apartments are clean. The staff are quick to respond to any issues. When my air conditioning broke, they responded that day and installed a window unit until everything was fixed. Every time I go into the office, they are very friendly. The property is well taken care of. The complex is perfectly located near the outskirts of Beaumont. We are not in the middle of the city, but not far from Dowlen Road where we do our shopping.
