Great!!!

These units are awesome!!! Great space for a one
Bedroom, so I’m sure the units will so it’s part. Maintenance is handled in a timely fashion, the staff are all so helpful and friendly, and once agin then space is great. I had no issues here even down to the sound. The units are great at holding in sound as well as blocking it out. Last, if you’re a female, the closets are awesome!!! My one con would be if you’re not planning to pay for a parking spot you might be out of luck if you work or life… keeps you out past a certain.

Cozy place!

Overall, we are very happy that we chose Breakwater Bay! The people in the office have always been really kind and quick to respond to our requests/complaints. Maintenance is super fast.. I don't think we've had to wait longer than a day for anything. * knock on wood* My husband and I walk our dogs around the property at all hours and the property is clean, quiet, and well lit. We've lived in a few other communities and this one has been the easiest/most comfortable BY FAR. If I were to nitpick… about anything, it would be about the umbrellas that are missing at the pool.. there is no shade at all.

Breakwater

First moved in, peaceful, microwave was broken, took a month to replace, cockroach infestation.

Breakwater Bay Apartments

These apartments have gone through many changes in the years that I have lived here but they finally have a great team in the leasing office. The only bad this about these apartments is the parking. There are not enough spaces for each apartment so if you don't have a reserved parking spot you may have to walk a little to get to your apartment.
