Pindo Pointe

This place honestly deserves 0 stars. Management is horrible and rude and downs not answer phone and stays locked up in the office. Why is the handy man arguing with tenants about issues that should be addressed by the property manager? My roof fell in and the solution was to place a cardboard box over the hole and property manager told me she would live there. Place has a terrible roach problem and they have rats as well. Steer of this place and spend your money where it will be valued.

I absolutely love my apartment. The office staff Are so sweet every time I call or go in the office.

pindo pointe has been great to me, being 4 1/2 hours away from home, this place offered a peace of mind. I viewed many apartments before making my choice and this was the best fit. between Ms.Gloria and Ms. Ashley they were of great help. if you want a safe and quiet place to stay this is your best choice. Everyone from the staff to the neighbors are very nice. never have i experienced any kind of pest issues, the staff is very involved in making sure everything meets your needs. I am currently… in a 1 bedroom which is very spacious and now upgrading to a upgraded 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath extending my lease. I promise if choose pindo pointe you won't be disappointed.

This dump is deplorable it is full of roaches. I wonder if and when do they spray or is the pesticide man bring in the roaches with him. Ashley the office staff member is rude and a smart behind. Please find another place to live because nothing about this place feels like home.
Safety is an issue and most people only do one term lease and they are out when their lease is up.
