Treadway Place gets 5 out of 5 stars from me! These 2 ladies made the move-in process super easy and simple. They showed me multiple units and allowed me to choose which unit I WANTED. I viewed the apartments on a Thursday, submitted my application the next day, and was in a unit by the following Tuesday. The apartments are extremely clean, beautiful amenities, and all for an affordable price! I look forward to living here for the foreseeable future. Thank you, Ms. Sedra and Ms. Michele!

DONT MOVE HERE!!

I would not recommend these apartments based on my experience. There have been ongoing concerns with noise, people frequently hanging around the property, and what appears to be possible illegal activity. My biggest frustration has been feeling that these concerns are not being properly addressed by management.

The property also needs better upkeep and attention to resident concerns. I hope management takes these issues seriously and works toward creating a safer and better living environment... for current and future residents.
