Crosspoint Oaks at Boerne

I moved in, in a hurry 4 yrs ago, my ac hasn’t worked for 3 of them. When I moved in the carpet was stained, the toilet seat looks like it’s been sanded, they’ve not replaced it, they didn’t paint the edges of the counters. The windows and balcony doors are so poorly sealed that if it’s humid outside, the carpet becomes moldy!! So I had to buy a shampooer. They offer air filters but never have any, it took me 2 yrs to get a large lightbulb replaced. The bathtub still had a print in it from the... previous tenant. Closet doors don’t close. Bathtub stopper is metal and supposed to be attached, was not when I moved in. When they DO enter the apartments they do not notify you at all. Bathroom sink has never drained properly despite trying to clean it myself. The disposal broke shortly after I moved in, I had only used it a couple times, they blamed me even though it was dirty, old and obviously previously worn.I’ve had to learn to maintain alot of the issues myself. The Vistas are conveniently located near restaurants, major highways and downtown Boerne. The apartment also features a nice grassy area with plenty of trees which is great for walking your pet or a picnic with the family. The manager lives on-site and the maintenance staff works hard to maintain the property. The Vistas are a bit older than the newer apartments in town, but overall they are well-kept. It's a quiet place to call home right in the middle of Hill Country.
