I’ve had a solid experience at Vantage at Fair Oaks. It’s a newer property, it’s kept up well, and the location is hard to beat if you need to get in and out of Boerne or over to I-10.
What stands out to me is that it’s generally quiet and feels safe — you don’t get a lot of nonsense, which goes a long way. The management team has been straightforward and responsive when I’ve needed something, and the place overall is run the way you’d expect it to be.
No place is perfect, but this one checks... the boxes that matter. If you’re looking in this area and want something that’s well-maintained without a lot of headaches, it’s a good option.

I have never felt more at home the here at the vantage apartments the community is amazing and loving my kids enjoy it and it just feels like home
