I love this place for living pace neighborhood and the admission team it’s great high quality and great service the elementary school it’s very close

The staff as been very helpful. Even when I asked for help installing a new light in my apartment, it was done quickly and efficiently. The grounds are always kept up and looking good as well!

Deal with weed smoke with no help from office. Other than that it is a good place, wish it was as quiet and quaint as it was when it first opened. Didn't have to deal with weed smoking neighbors every night and trash pickup is inconsistent. Not a bad place just has issues with no real resolve.

We have been here nearly 2 years now and have not had any issues! The amenity center is great and the pool is perfect during the summer. The complex itself is very clean and great to walk around! Everyone is friendly

Complex is fairly quite, friendly neighbors. Amenities are not too bad gym, equipment could be a smidge bit better or have a little bit more variety.
Complex does not have speed bumps so you'll occasionally see some people flying through the complex.
Pet waste still seems to be an issue.
Construction for these apartments were done very quickly noticeable imperfections in the units.
