Vetra Boerne

The pool is not maintained to the minimum standard. If I could add a picture I would have. it was down for 2 months while they renovated but failed to clean or maintain the water to the point that it turned brown. Very disappointed!!

Wow, living here at Vetra Boerne Apartments has truly been such a fantastic experience! I seriously can't gush enough about our property manager, Tyra. She's honestly the absolute best; she consistently goes above and beyond, making sure everyone feels right at home and that any issues are handled with such care. Honestly, she's the main reason I'm so excited to sign on for another year!

I've been calling this place home for almost a year now, and I genuinely adore it. There's really nothing... but positive things to say about the community and the apartments themselves. Plus, we're all buzzing with excitement for the upcoming renovations – it's going to be amazing to see what's next!

If you're out there searching for a fantastic new place to live, you absolutely have to check this one out. Seriously, you won't regret making vetra Boerne your next home!

I love beautiful nature; birds, squirrels, trees, bushes and flowers create peaceful atmosphere. There's shaded areas with hammocks, grills and beautiful sights all over the complex. Another big thing is great neighbors, I haven't seen any drama so far and have been here over a year, kids are respectful even though sometimes they run around where not supposed to. My kids have left few things unattended and all was there safe when they went back. Staff is friendly and understanding, but it does... takes them a while to fix things that aren't emergency. Maintenance try to keep property on a great level but kids and pet owners are not always responsible. There's a dog park in the complex which is a big plus. Also pool area is very nice and clean. Gym is being renovated which is awesome! New pickle ball court, is one of the best things for me as I love this sport along with ping pong. Another thing is that office makes special events giving out popcorn tacos and more, and it's such a treat when you don't expect it! Once again my favorite thing about Hills at Fair Oaks is that they have space and nature between building, so when you look out of the windows you don't see only cars and other buildings you see nature. PS. If you decide to rent here let office know Svetlana Sinkin has recommended this place.

I've lived here for a year. And personally experienced my car getting stolen out of this apartment complex parking lot.

Things are broken in my apartment and a good ol fixing will restore it until it breaks again. We stopped using our dishwasher for this reason.

This community markets itself as a luxury apartment community. It is not that. It is perfectly average. Don't expect maintenance to respond to any need other then emergency plumbing. We pay for Valet trash but often they only pick it up one day a week. I also have not had water for twelve days, no has in our building because they are doing work on it. They promised we would have water after four days, 7 days passed and no water, twelve days and still no water.
