This part of the peninsula is known for its low traffic, open space, and relaxed coastal feel, with beaches that are less crowded and homes that are more spread out. The beach here is wide, drivable, and easy to access, ideal for long walks or fishing. While the area is quiet, you're just a short 10–15 minute drive from Crystal Beach, where you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and local shops. Getting around is simple, with easy roads and light traffic. The beach itself is drivable with a beach parking permit, and golf carts are also a popular way to get around.
No smoking or illegal activity is permitted. Quiet hours are observed at night to respect neighbors. Only flush toilet paper and do not flush wipes or hygiene products. Do not put grease down drains. Accidents happen, but damage due to misuse may result in charges. Use all amenities at your own risk, and swim at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on nearby beaches.
