Please treat the plumbing kindly, as there is a septic system; do not flush feminine products or anything that doesn’t belong in a toilet, and do not pour grease down the sinks. One outdoor camera watches over the lower patio. The home is capped at 9 guests, and any extra guests must be cleared before booking. Only registered guests belong at the house, and any visitors need to be disclosed and approved first. Do not park under the house; use the driveway only and steer clear of the pilings.
