The master bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a closet, and a streaming TV. The third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk and a queen bed, perfect for families. The laundry room includes a second fridge for extra food and drinks.
Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, a fish-cleaning station, and a shaded patio downstairs. A second fridge is available in the laundry room.
This home is located on a quiet street that feels secluded yet is close to amenities. The Gulf is directly in front, with open water and sky, and the beach is a short walk away. Shops, bars, and restaurants are a short drive or cart ride away, offering places to get supplies and enjoy a drink. This area is ideal for simple pleasures like early morning walks on the shore, children playing in the sand, and watching the sunset over the water.
There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out. No parties, no events, and no illegal activity are permitted. Be mindful of noise at night, as neighbors live nearby. Please treat the plumbing kindly, as there is a septic system; do not flush feminine products or anything that doesn’t belong in a toilet, and do not pour grease down the sinks. One outdoor camera watches over the lower patio. The home is capped at 9 guests, and any extra guests must be cleared before booking. Only registered guests belong at the house, and any visitors need to be disclosed and approved first. Do not park under the house; use the driveway only and steer clear of the pilings. Malicious or careless damage may incur charges. If guests are asked to leave for bad behavior, there is no refund for lost nights. In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane evacuation before or during your stay, you will receive a full refund or credit for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards, and swimming is at your own risk.
