Rinse sand off in the outdoor shower after the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Treat the plumbing kindly; do not flush feminine products or anything that doesn’t belong in a toilet, and do not pour grease down the sinks. When you leave, lock the doors and put the key back in the lockbox. If guests are asked to leave for bad behavior, there is no refund for lost nights.
