The third bedroom is perfect for families, equipped with a twin-over-full bunk and a queen bed. A laundry room with a second refrigerator is available for extra food, cold drinks, and the day's catch. Downstairs, a shaded patio, outdoor shower, and fish-cleaning station complete the amenities.
A golf cart can be rented for convenient transportation around the neighborhood and to the beach. Guests are advised to treat the golf cart like a real vehicle and follow local rules.

There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out. No parties, no events, and no illegal activity are permitted. Guests are asked to be mindful of noise at night, as neighbors live nearby. Please rinse sand off in the outdoor shower after the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. The home has a septic system, so please do not flush feminine products or anything that does not belong in a toilet, and do not pour grease down the sinks. When departing, lock the doors and return the key to the lockbox. Guests asked to leave for bad behavior will not receive a refund for lost nights. An outdoor camera monitors the lower patio. The home is capped at 9 guests, and any extra guests must be cleared beforehand. Only registered guests are permitted at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved.
