Do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill only on the patio area downstairs; grilling on the deck is prohibited. Rinse sand off in the shower under the house or on available water hoses after going to the beach. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected down the toilet to avoid damaging the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
