This home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living area perfect for gathering. Each of the three bedrooms features a smart TV for streaming. Two bedrooms are furnished with two queen beds each, while the master suite boasts a king-size bed and a spacious private bathroom. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

The beach is easily accessible, whether you prefer a quick drive or a short stroll, making it ideal for creating lasting memories.
Parking is restricted to the driveway only; do not park under the house. Absolutely no smoking or parties are allowed on the property. To avoid attracting pests, do not leave food out. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Any accidental damage should be reported immediately. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill only on the patio area downstairs and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off in the outdoor shower before entering the house and leave sandy shoes on the deck. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as this will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. If something is accidentally broken, please report it immediately. Guests asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior will not receive a refund for lost days. In case of tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If evacuation is necessary during your stay, you will be credited for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. Please respect the home as you would your own.
