Upon entry, you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen, which also includes a washer and dryer. Off the living room, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which features two sets of bunk beds. At the back of the living room, there is a master suite with its own bathroom. You're free to use the whole house, the bottom patio, and the backyard.
The house is conveniently located just a short drive from the beach and close to shops and the local grocery store, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.
The luggage lift is not available as an elevator and is meant for groceries and luggage only. Maximum occupancy is 8 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Only registered guests are allowed at the house, and any visitors must be disclosed and approved. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and no parties or events are allowed.
