Nestled right on the sand, this inviting beach house offers three bedrooms, including a king, a queen, and a bunk room. The kitchen is fully stocked for any feast, and the deep tub is perfect for long soaks. An indoor electric fireplace warms cool nights, while the fire pit and grill invite you outdoors. Enjoy seating for sunset, a generator for storms, and the soothing sounds of the tide close enough to hear and near enough to touch.
This beach house features three comfortable bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and a private bath with a deep soaking tub, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bunk room equipped with a queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin for lively company. The kitchen is a cook’s delight, boasting a gas stove, double oven, fine blender, and beverage fridge ready for evening cheer. Additional amenities include a tidy desk for letter-writing or work, a laundry room for convenience, a deck with seating and wide views of the sea, and a shaded patio below for quiet hours. Outdoors, rinse away the salt in the shower, then gather around the large fire pit as the daylight slips away.
Events are allowed at this house with a non-refundable deposit required for hosting. The grill is available for use on the patio area only, in compliance with Galveston County ordinance.
Guests have full access to the house, from the bedrooms and baths to the kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas. The garage is primarily for storage, though guests are welcome to use select items such as the grill when needed. All other spaces are yours to enjoy, as if they were your own.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. If a key is lost, the code is forgotten, or you can’t enter after all access options have been tried, the guest is responsible for any locksmith or re-key costs. If the issue is due to a lock or smart-lock failure or our error, we cover it. Mosquitos are notoriously bad at Crystal Beach, so bring bug spray. Rinse sand off in the sand shower under the house or on any of the available water hoses, and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than what is expected to be flushed down the toilet, as it will damage the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. Park only on the concrete driveway and be careful not to hit the pilings with your vehicle. If something is accidentally broken, let us know as soon as possible. If damage occurs due to malicious or careless behavior, responsibility for replacement or repairs may be at the renter’s expense. Lock doors and windows upon departure. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. Respect the home as you would your own. If a renter must cancel due to tropical storm or hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If a renter must evacuate during their stay due to a tropical storm or hurricane, they will be credited for all days lost. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, so swimming is at the visitor’s own risk. [SI]
