Maximum occupancy is 10 people, with any additional guests requiring pre-approval. Grilling is permitted only on the patio area downstairs, in accordance with Galveston County ordinance. Guests are advised to bring bug spray due to the presence of mosquitoes at Crystal Beach. Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower or with available water hoses, and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Avoid tampering with locked closets or the garage, and do not flush inappropriate items down the toilet or pour grease down the drains. If something is broken, inform us immediately. Lock doors and windows upon departure. Irresponsible behavior may result in eviction without refund.
