Situated in a quiet part of the Bolivar Peninsula, near Crystal Beach, this home is on a street block with only four houses. You'll be just a few steps from the beach with incredible views. Shops, a grocery store, and restaurants are a short drive south into Crystal Beach. Getting around by car is recommended, but the beach is less than a minute's walk away.
Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. No parties or events are allowed. Maximum occupancy is 10 people; any additional people must be pre-approved. Grilling is permitted only on the patio area downstairs, as grilling on the deck is prohibited by Galveston County ordinance. Guests are responsible for any locksmith or re-key costs if a key is lost or the code is forgotten, unless the issue is due to a lock/smart-lock failure or the host's error. Bug spray is highly recommended due to mosquitos. Please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower or water hoses before entering the house and leave sandy shoes on the deck. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet to avoid damaging the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. Park only on the concrete driveway and be careful not to hit the pilings. Report any accidental breakage immediately; damage due to malicious or careless behavior may result in repair costs. Please lock doors and windows upon departure. No refund will be given for lost days if guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior. Please respect the home. If a renter must cancel due to tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If evacuation is necessary during the stay, credit will be given for lost days. The property is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses, nor for loss or damage of personal property. Swimming at the beach is at your own risk as there are no lifeguards on duty. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Do not leave food out that may attract pests. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay.
