Nestled in a quiet part of the Bolivar Peninsula, just north of Crystal Beach, this home offers spectacular beach views and easy access to the beach, shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. While a car is recommended for exploring the area, the beach is just a short walk away, making it an ideal location for a relaxing beach getaway.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. Grilling is only allowed on the patio area, and guests are responsible for any locksmith or re-key costs if keys are lost or codes forgotten. Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower and avoid flushing inappropriate items down the toilet to prevent damage to the septic system.
