Please rinse off sand in the outdoor shower or with available water hoses, and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Avoid flushing inappropriate items down the toilet or pouring grease down the drains to prevent damage to the septic system. Parking is restricted to the concrete driveway, and care should be taken not to hit the pilings. Any accidental damage should be reported immediately for repair or replacement, with costs potentially incurred for damage due to malicious or careless behavior.
