False Promises, Poor Management, and Ongoing Issues
Living here has been a huge disappointment. When we moved in, we were promised laundry facilities and a gym — but neither exists, and there’s been no sign of them ever being added. Nothing has been fixed or improved since we arrived. There is also a serious roach problem that management has done nothing about. The office is unresponsive — they don’t return calls or messages, and they clearly don’t care about the residents’ needs. This place is full of broken promises and poor management. I do... not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to live.

Sun Colony Review
After a year of living here, the experience has been great. Management is great, pool is always available, neighbors are friendly & they’re working on the fitness center already, which is a great add on. The only thing I can say is I wish more washer and dryers worked, but aside from that, the community is great and location is amazing.

Peaceful but it floods
Our downstairs apt flooded completely lost a lot of furniture. Even our cars had so much damage from the all the flooding. We had no choice but to move out mid lease due to all the maintenance work needed to be done…

Love it here !!!!
My wife and I moved in a couple months ago and are still here. I couldn’t be safer and happier with the move in. Nice apartment in and out with calm breeze and HEB across the street. The people around are nice. The trees make it feel relaxing. Nice gym and pool as well. 100% awesome
