Smoking is not allowed in or on this property; a $400 fee will be charged to deodorize the home if evidence of smoking is detected. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees in summer to prevent freezing, and set it to 80 degrees when leaving in summer, or 60 degrees in winter. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings or valuables that occur while on the premises or its facilities; guests assume all risks. Parties are prohibited. Appliances should only be used for their intended purposes, and indoor furniture must not be taken outside, nor outdoor furniture brought inside. Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee, but only with prior agreement from the partner and homeowners; unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine and booking termination. There is no daily housekeeping service, and towels or linens must not be taken from the property; excessive dirtiness may result in additional cleaning charges. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; plumbing repairs due to clogs from other items will be charged to the guest. No candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests need to provide their own paper goods beyond the initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap. All trash must be collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage can; a $25 charge will apply if this rule is not followed. Guests must close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras; failure to follow this rule will result in charges for damages. Guests must not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The homeowner or partner may enter the premises at any time without prior permission in case of emergency.
