Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight; a fee of $300 plus $25 per person will be charged for unauthorized guests. Parties are prohibited. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper are flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
