Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the booking agreement prior to check-in. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video, all devices are on the exterior of the property. Smoking is not allowed in or on this property; detection of smoking will incur a $400 charge. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer to prevent the unit from freezing, and guests will be charged for repair costs if this occurs. When leaving in the summer, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and in winter, turn it down to 60 degrees. Unauthorized guests staying overnight will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Only use appliances for their intended uses, avoid high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans, and do not move indoor furniture outside or outdoor furniture inside. Pets are not allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals; documentation must be provided upon request, and any unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine and booking termination. There is no daily housekeeping service, and if the property is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning time may be billed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; flushing other products that clog the plumbing system will result in a charge for repair costs. No candles may be burned in the house or on the property. The grill and griddle must be cleaned and returned to their original position after each use. The firepit may only be used when a burn ban is not in place. An initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided, but guests will need to provide their own paper goods and extra items. All trash must be collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage bin on the side of the house, with a $25 charge for non-compliance. Guests must close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way; failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of damages. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The homeowner or partner may enter the premises at any time without prior permission in case of emergency. Any guest found using illegal drugs or allowing others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy. [SI]
