Guests must be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. This property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video; all devices are on the exterior of the property. Smoking is not allowed in or on this property; if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and guests will be charged the cost to repair the heating and cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and when leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property; if unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained plus $50 per person. Pets are allowed at this property with prior agreement from the trusted partner and homeowners; if any pets are found without a previous agreement, guests will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. There is no daily housekeeping service, and if the property has been left excessively dirty, guests may be billed for additional cleaning time. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; if feminine products or other items besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, guests will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods; an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided, but extra items are the responsibility of the guest. No trash or other items may be left on the property; all trash must be collected, bagged, and placed into the city garbage bin in the garage, or there will be a $25 charge. Guests may not alter, tamper with, or access security cameras in any way; failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure. [SI]
