Guests must digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Smoking is not allowed in or on this property; a $400 fee will be retained to deodorize the home if evidence of smoking is detected. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and guests will be charged the cost to repair the heating and cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees, and when leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property; a fee of $200 plus $50 per person will be retained if unauthorized guests have stayed. Pets are not allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals; guests must provide documentation upon request. If any pets are found in or on the property without a previous agreement, guests will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated. There is no daily housekeeping service, and if the property has been left excessively dirty, guests may be billed for additional cleaning time. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; if feminine products or other items besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, guests will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, though an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. No trash or other items may be left on the property; a $25 charge will apply if this rule is not followed. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access them in any way; failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of damages caused by such failure. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest found using illegal drugs or allowing others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. Guests are responsible for maintaining the premises in good order and appearance and conducting themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Only use appliances for their intended uses, do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans, and do not take indoor furniture outside or outdoor furniture inside.
