When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight on the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. This property is not pet-friendly. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged and the booking may be terminated. All trash must be bagged when placed in a dumpster, or there will be a $20 charge.
