We require a credit score of 600 or above. If the applicant’s credit score is 550 to 599, they can still be accepted with additional conditions. A co-signer being one. We would require an increased security deposit of $1600. We have the right to require proof of employment/income and/or proof of good rental history.

We have a No-Prior Eviction policy.

We do have a No-Smoking (or vaping) of any kind policy inside apartments.
