I would not recommend these apartments to anybody. Everything outside of my unit was an eyesore, maintenance was slow (before covid) and managed to dodge the same request I gave them twice. The gym equipment was dilapidated (before covid) and the head manager is very rude. Worst of all they racked up extra charges on the unit cleaning (even though I paid for they’re all-inclusive maid service) and my only option was to pay by check via mail or an appointment. It’s a quite neighborhood.
The amenities are great. Washer and dryer in the apartment, trash pick up, and plenty of room to walk dogs.
The apartments are spacious.
They maintain the apartments grounds.
Rent is affordable.
And maintenance request are completed within a reasonable time frame.

Excellent Customer Service and these ladies go the extra mile to make things easy and less stressful to apply and get a beautiful quiet homes. Very family oriented place and yes the downtown is so close

So far my time here has been a pleasant one at that. Area is maintained. They have doggie stations every where with baggies on a pole. Community is clean quiet. Seems most of everyone keeps to themselves. it is a bit pricey however your in college town duh. Staff is respectful down to earth and will help anyway possible. Better then where I was living in Saginaw by far.
