Terrible maintenance
Our swamp cooler has broken 6 times this summer and each time it’s taken 2-3 to get someone out to “fix” it. They wanted to charge us for asking someone to come look at it. I ended up buying window units and then got charged extra on my rent for using the window units. This has been a nightmare we can’t wait for our lease to end. DONT MOVE IN HERE.

Rude Management
Management is very rude towards my family. Harassing my daughter verbally calling her a liar. Place is okay but the service is below a 0.
