Cimarron Apartments

The prices are unbeatable and the quality of the apartments are so nice! It’s in a super nice neighborhood and fairly quiet all throughout the day. The staff here are all very sweet and welcome you with a smiling face.

Pretty nice apartments for decent price. Has a swimming pool and is in a good neighborhood. It's a nice quiet apartment that allows you to get away from loud parties and such. The manager seems friendly and willing to help with anything that goes wrong in the apartment. Close to the local grocery stores and campus. However, not much to do in Canyon unless you attend West Texas A&M and/or know some people.

Cimarron apartments are perfect if you're a college student who wants somewhere affordable, somewhere with a good location, and just nice facilities. The rent is perfectly reasonable, for how nice the apartments are, and they are very nice, every second floor room has its own balcony with each offering it's own unique view, and having a pool and laundromat on location, as well as being located within a few blocks of the university, the location is fantastic. The staff provides some of the best… service I've ever seen at an apartment complex, they shampooed carpets, painted walls, maintained appliances, and made sure everything was in order for me to move into it, and they also make sure that any question or need that needed to be tended to, was tended to.
