Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The property may not be occupied by more than four people who are unrelated by blood, adoption, or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant. The fireplace is wood burning and guests should refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
