EVIVA Trinity Mills Station

I want to warn future tenants. Even though this is a brand-new building that opened in December 2025, water literally sprayed out of my ceiling fan during a heavy rainstorm on June 19, 2026, while the lights were on. It was a huge electrocution hazard and incredibly dangerous.

Management's response was terrible. My apartment was completely unlivable, but they refused to pay for my hotel stays or food. Even worse, they still charged me full rent for the days I couldn't even step inside my... apartment!

They did let me move to another unit, but they refused to cover any moving costs. They just coldly told me to 'use my own renter’s insurance' for everything.

This whole experience has been a nightmare. Now, every time it rains, I get severe anxiety, worrying that water will spray from the ceiling again. Think twice before moving here. Read More

I’ve been living here for over 7 months, and I’ve been counting down the days until my lease ends. I specifically chose a 5th-floor unit because it’s the top floor, but the elevator outages here are a serious issue. The elevator closest to my unit has been out for over 25 days now, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many times the elevators have shut down since I moved in.

It’s been extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially having to walk my dog multiple times a day or when guests... come over. I experienced an internet issue when I first moved in, but the management team was patient, responsive, and very helpful in resolving it. I genuinely enjoy living in this beautiful new community. Its proximity to the DART station makes getting around easy while I look for a new vehicle. It is also conveniently close to places like Walmart and Costco, making quick trips or even bike rides to the store simple.
