Too Frequent Elevator Outage
I’ve been living here for over 7 months, and I’ve been counting down the days until my lease ends. I specifically chose a 5th-floor unit because it’s the top floor, but the elevator outages here are a serious issue. The elevator closest to my unit has been out for over 25 days now, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many times the elevators have shut down since I moved in.
It’s been extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially having to walk my dog multiple times a day or when guests... come over. It’s honestly embarrassing how much residents pay here while not even being able to reliably use the elevator to access their own unit. I truly can’t wait to move out.
