Quiet area, need to update laundry room, schools and stores are close, quick police response, maintenance keep up fairly well, dumpster are sometimes covered with garbage due to lazy tenants or not dumped frequently enough

Just moved in! So far no complaints about the staff. They have treated my mother and I wonderfully. Apartment had a few issues that maintenance did not fix before the scheduled move in day. However, staff is helping us work through it.

Been great last 6 years. Only thing I don’t like is that yall don’t offer referral fees anymore. Worked great last couple of times and now don’t offer anything.
