There was mold in the restroom they try to fix it by painting over in the management is very rude there’s mice roaches in the neighbors are very loud. It’s not a family friendly place and the maintenance is very poor.

I have lived in three other apartments before this one. Maintenance is a joke here. The shower is literally falling off the wall. There was mold on the ceiling when I moved in. The plumbing in the whole a build is messed up. My sink was clogged for a whole week. The ac started to leak and flooded the apartment. It is pure torture because maintenance doesnt even fix anything correctly. Moved here because it was "affordable" but I would rather paid more for something comfortable.
DO NOT MOVE HERE... .

For my first apartment, this was definitely a learning experience. This is a HORRIBLE complex. The management sucks, the maintenance sucks, they have the worst bug problem I've ever seen. I don't even know how they have the nerve to evict ppl from here. they should be begging to keep tenants. The manager will forget you told her something needs to be done & she'll assume anything she can to trump up charges to your account. You'll see someone come in to fix whatever is broken. about a month... later, it'll break again. they take no effort or time to see to their tenants even the slightest bit content. all they want is your money. their best bet is to tear down the whole complex, get a new management & maintenance team, & start completely over. I'D NEVER RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE
