Smoking or vaping is not allowed in or on the property; a $400 fee will be charged for violations. Parties are prohibited. Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Pets are allowed only with prior agreement; unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine and booking termination. Exterior cameras may record audio and video at the entrance, driveway, and backyard. Tampering with security cameras will result in charges for damages. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property and furnishings in good order and for proper trash disposal; a $25 charge applies for unbagged trash. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper; plumbing repair costs will be charged for clogs caused by other items. No daily housekeeping service is provided; excessive dirtiness may result in additional cleaning fees. Linens and bath towels are included but should not be removed from the property. Guests are responsible for providing personal items beyond an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees in summer or above 80 degrees when leaving in summer; turn it down to 60 degrees when leaving in winter. Charges may apply for system repairs due to misuse. No candles may be burned. The grill must be cleaned and returned to its original position after use. Appliances should be used for their intended purposes, and indoor furniture should not be taken outside, nor outdoor furniture inside. Guests are responsible for securing the property by locking all windows and doors. The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings. Guests assume all risks. Guests must not disturb neighbors or engage in unlawful acts. The property owner or partner may enter in emergencies.
