This home is conveniently located 10 minutes from Texas A&M University and Kyle Field, 10 minutes from the Northgate District, and 15 minutes from Downtown Bryan. It's perfect for game-day weekends, family getaways, or a relaxing College Station visit.
Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve the property. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests are found to have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained, plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. If a pet is found on the property without prior approval, a pet fee will be charged, and the booking may be terminated. If feminine products or other products besides toilet paper are flushed and clog the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
