Moving out
I like the location of the property. But the management here is not good. The maintenance request takes forever. They charged me for late utility pay fee. The reason for that is that they forgot to credit my rent lease signing bonus to my rent account. Just got my car tolled for over three hundred dollars. There was only one paper notice saying that if you do not have a parking permit, please go to get a new parking permit. I had the old parking permit of the property, thought it should also... work. The lease office did not do a good job to facility the transition to a new parking policy. The poor management here made it an unpleasant living experience.
