Lake Walk at Traditions Apartments

The property is very nice but maintenance could use improvement. After maintenance requests for leaks within the walls over a 2 year + duration, the issues were never completely resolved. This caused mold within the unit with tenants in residence. Upon move-out, property management charged the tenant for replacement of moldy base boards. A dispute form was filled out for reimbursement of these charges. As of this review, no refund of the charges has been received.

Hands down the worst renting experience i've ever had in my life. I'm still being harassed by them to this day. I would definitely make sure you meet with management and tour the EXACT unit you will be moving into if possible.

The "luxury apt" looks great in their pictures... everything is cheaply made and falling apart but with a paint job that looks great online. Also the gate NEVER works, and good luck getting maintenance to do anything!

They "professionally cleaned" my unit before moving... in, yet there were still bugs, dust and stains everywhere. I filled my vacuum cleaner 5 times with the amount of dirt still in the carpets. When I brought this up and showed the pictures to management, they tried to charge me to re-clean it.

My dishwasher was broken when I moved in, which I documented, and they billed me $1k ON TOP of not refunding my security deposit AND sent me to a collection agency. Read More

I have never had an apartment be this bad at communicating, do not live here if you have a choice which you probably do. I fell in love with this place because it is absolutely beautiful, but my experience with the leasing office has been so bad I am choosing to live somewhere else even before my lease started. I toured and began the application process in November, but did not get my lease until February. Every single step of the way I had to call and fight tooth and nail for management to do... anything to help me. They never sent anything or did work without me annoying them to do so. They did not care that it was their fault, and I was told multiple times I would receive a document in a few days only to get it three weeks later. I thankfully was able to get a lease with another apartment, and that entire process beginning to end took four DAYS in compared to the four MONTHS it took Lake Walk. These apartments were built to be luxury. And they are priced as if they are luxury. But the management and maintenance of these buildings is absolutely horrible. Whoever owns these properties needs to pay attention to how much long term damage their current management / maintenance team is allowing to happen.

We are only a few months into our lease and already have a huge list of problems that have yet to be addressed. The list started within the first hour of moving in.

It is so bad that... they have disabled the maintenance request portal on their website. They then informed all residents that our ability to request maintenance online has been removed, and that even if we call with requests, they will only respond if it is an absolute emergency.

I just want to pay my rent and live in peace. They make it so frustrating for residents to live here because their site doesn’t work, they don’t answer the phone, no one who works here knows what’s going on because the turn over is crazy. I could go on, but if you don’t have a problem paying $500+ in random fees that vary month to month on top of a overrated apartment this is the place for you.
