Dont trust the good reviews, terrible company that is built cheaply and you get charged for everything cause its built so poorly

Very pleasant experience !

It has been a very pleasant experience staying here :-) Spacious units and kitchen, peaceful and friendly community, nice location (just a short drive away from Walmart and the ramp to Highway 6, with plenty of stores & restaurants around). While we did have several maintenance issues, I must also say the maintenance staff have been very friendly and always responded with a great sense of promptness. And the staff in the leasing office have all along been super nice, friendly and accommodative.... A special thanks to Allison; I very much appreciate the patient and prompt assistance I received from her every time, while planning to pet a dog, getting printouts of some documents several times, and what not. Definitely one of my best apartment experiences in College Station. Would highly recommend others !
