I love the staff here. They are very friendly and super helpful when you have questions or issues. They also host residential events and it brings a sense of community to the apartment complex. Overall I’m happy living here.

Gateway's staff are very kind and inviting! Apartment tour was welcoming and Braaden our tour guide was very helpful in answering all of our questions and clarifying everything.

The train is noisy but overall the neighborhood is quiet. I feel like this was a good choice in apartments because of how close it is to campus.

The staff service was good and people at the leasing office were always eager to work with anyone's concerns and issues. However, they don't follow through inspections to know if an apartment is kept neat or not, before a new resident moves into an apartment where previous residents have continued living for a prolonged period of time.
