Good apartments

the desks are amazing, and maintenance staff are very quick to fix a work order. No complaints overall

Perfect first apartment!!!

My boyfriend and I have lived here since August 2024 and so far it is a perfect first apartment. When we first moved in, we had a few complications however, maintenance came within MINUTES and fixed everything right up even weeks later they do things in a perfect timely matter, I believe it is perfectly located in College Station for college students attending A&M. There is a bus stop, but also not a far drive to campus. We love it so far and so do our pets!

Great place to live!!

Me and my Gf have been here for 3 months and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The staff and maintenance and extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. Not to mention how awesome the Pool and Hot tub are along with the grills that are accessible to everyone.

Decent and Reliable

I’ve just moved in, and it’s been a solid experience so far. The amenities and apartment layout are decent, and maintenance is quick and efficient. While the furnishings are a bit dated, they’re still in good condition. Overall, it’s a reliable place to live.

Very Responsive!

I have leased an apartment at The Zone at College Station for my son for the past two years. Any issues that we had were dealt with quickly after a message to management; including brand new carpeting in his room the day before he moved in due to the prior tenant having a cat.
