Village Creek

For the time that I have lived here at Village Creek, I have really enjoyed it. My apartment is very spacious and comfortable. I love the size of the kitchen and dining room! I've barely had any maintenance issues, and when occurred, the maintenance was in there right away to fix it. I love how they allow pets as well, sometimes it is hard to find somewhere that will take my small dog & I. They just recently installed new lights, that make the property very bright at night, and makes me feel so… much safer while walking my dog. The pool is well kept, and the staff is very friendly. This complex is very poorly ran. They make promises that aren’t kept. They allow bugs and other rodents (mice). Personally had to have an exterminator come 3 times not even in a month span. Maintance sucks. And to top it off they don’t treat their “loyal paying rent on time never any issues” tenants very wrong and unfair. Will bill you ridiculous fees

it overall is just terrible. bugs can get easily in your house, the maintenance sucks, they fee you for every little thing. And they make ridiculous rules

This complex is pretty nice for the price range, and the manager/office staff is pretty great. There are a few things that I would change like the large amount of cats, and some of the areas need some maintenance. All in all I like this place for the amount of time I plan on staying here.
