I wish I could give a great review, but I cannot. Do not move here. They do not fix anything, roaches, and the owners talk about you. I wish I could post picture to prove what I am saying but I cannot. Just do not move here. You will regret it.

I wish there was an option for no stars! I have lived here way too long for this abuse! Brenda the so called manger is so unprofessional and doesn’t do anything to help the residents. She has her family working there that I dare say are not even legal because none of them speak English. I am constantly harassed by these individuals with cat calls and foreign language which I’m sure is sexist! If you have no place else to go, be my guest but if you want to be treated like a human being I would... not waste my money or time on this place! Really bad management and worse employees, more like amateur hour! Don’t believe me? Make sure you write your experience after you have moved in!

I actually live here now for six months on June 1st, 2018 and this is the worst place I have ever lived now that I am 34 and I have been to war twice in the worlds dirtiest places. Brenda the manger is really unprofessional and is lethargic in getting anything done. I am still waiting for my mailbox key to which no lock is even assigned! My mail is unlocked at all times and I am not the only resident with this problem. This apartment complex is family owned and the family that owns it is very... disrespectful and does not like veterans such as myself. I have had problems with many things in my apartment since Day 1 such as no peep hole on my front door. The guest bathroom doesn’t work because of poor maintenance and if there is anything wrong with the apartment don’t expect to get it fixed without paying for it yourself. Don’t waste your money here and find anyplace else, any place is better than here!

Always read your bed bug addendum carefully and it's excellent advice to have your apt certified by a bed bug expert prior to signing it. We called Preston Pest Control.
