    Verysafe, efficient maintenance, great school district

    I am a resident of towncreek for 2 years. I am writing to share my honest feedback about this community. I don't have even a single complaint and am totally happy with the way the maintenance and service requests are taken care. Even at times of snow or major water issues which is widespread in the city, the management has taken care to provide alternate solutions. They are always responsive and prompt. In my apartment I have not seen any roaches or rodents these years- mentioning this as… usually people read google reviews to know if there is any pest problems. As far as the location is considered, it's a kind of centrally located between lewisville and irving. So, it is easy to access stores and malls in both cities. I have felt extremely safe in this community and its a very close knit community. This is a best bet for someone looking for an apartment in coppell ISD.
