Free parking is available in the double garage, on neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.
Located in the City of Corinth, Denton County, this home is approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas and 15 miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. With excellent highway access, you can easily explore nearby attractions such as the Old Alton Bridge, Denton Community Market, and Lake Lewisville. For those interested in exploring Dallas, noteworthy attractions include the ICR Discovery Center, Mandalay Canal Walk, and Six Flags Over Texas.
The jacuzzi is currently out of order. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and noise levels are monitored to comply with local ordinances. Pets should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed. The fireplace is gas-operated and should be used with caution. Towels are provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own pool towels. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available for guest use, with personal account login required.
