The minimum age required for booking is 21. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed, and violations are subject to a $100 fine and immediate eviction from the premises. No smoking is allowed, and violations are subject to a $200 fine verified by the use of an ozone machine. A maximum of 4 guests are allowed, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Hosts must be notified via the platform of any issues within 2 hours of check-in. No parties or events are allowed, with a maximum of 4 guests. Violations will result in immediate eviction. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. This is a historic bungalow that's been remodeled over time but has kept a lot of its historic charm. This home was originally built in 1923 and is over 100 years old. This is a bungalow duplex with 2 separate apartments under one roof. This duplex is a separate space from Unit # 2. A Ring doorbell is installed as a security measure that records video and sound. All homes are equipped with Smart TVs, and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in, but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services. To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials, including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
