This apartment is located in a lower socioeconomic inner-city neighborhood near downtown Corpus Christi where homeless/transient foot traffic is common. The partner does not recommend this apartment for families, vacation travelers, or guests seeking a quiet residential neighborhood. There isn’t a washer or dryer in the apartment or on site. Video surveillance monitors the exterior building hallways and parking lot for security purposes. We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs). Pets must be kenneled and house trained. All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the apartment. Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the apartment. Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
